What you eat and when you eat it is important for if you’re looking to lose weight, gain weight, or just tone. For instance, if you’re looking to lose weight you want to cut your carbohydrate count and try not to eat after 7pm. This gives your body time to digest the food before you sleep and it will turn that food into energy while you’re still up and moving instead of fat storage while you’re sleeping.
But on the other hand, if you’re looking to gain weight, you want to do the exact opposite. Eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich right before going to bed with a protein shake. Then, your body will break that down in your sleep, turn it into fat which you can later use to build your muscles and increase your weight. Whatever you do though, make sure it stays constant.
There are a large variety of supplements on the market right now. Some of them are natural and some are chemical, so you’ll want to find out which one fits your lifestyle and habits most. Lots of people take pre workout supplements before going to the gym. Most of which include large amounts of either caffeine, sugar, or creatine.
Each one has a separate purpose and you’ll see how it helps and reacts with your body in the gym once you’ve tried it. Another supplement that’s completely natural is called Kratom.
